How It Works
Sarah offers hourly consultations in-person, by phone, and by e-mail, as well as 40-hour behavior programs (scheduled over the course of a two-month period). Twenty hours of the program are comprised of in-home visits, and the remaining twenty hours are comprised of continuing phone support.
Determining the level of support required depends on the type of issue and age of your baby. Start by submitting client information, filling out an intake form, answering questions, and setting up an initial consultation. To begin the process, contact Sarah with information about your child(ren) and your situation.
A program is recommened for parents with extreme stress and anxiety due to lack of sleep and other issues such as: breast- or bottle-feeding problems, toddler eating problems, and caregiver training.
The first two weeks
During the first two weeks, Sarah will come to your home for ten hours each week and be available for half an hour each day for phone support. During this time, Sarah will work with you to learn and practice successful transitions, including methods of feeding, diapering, and bathing.
The next six weeks
The following six weeks, Sarah will provide phone support and answer your questions for a half an hour each day. This gives you the confidence to put into practice the methods learned during the first weeks while receiving support and continued learning.
Continuing care
At the conclusion of the program, Sarah may provide additional phone support at an additional fee.
Results
Most infants age five to nine months will be sleeping 12-13 hours at night and three to five hours a day by the end of the first week. Most toddlers' sleep, food, or behavioral problems can be resolved at the end of week two.
